Court (Kelly Kalish); brothers & sister, David V. Vigliotti, Douglas G. Court II, Jessica L. Tanney; nephews, David J. & Dominic M. Vigliotti; girlfriend, Michele Newbould & family. Frank worked at Chapel Oaks. He was a funny and caring person who was respected by his peers. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
