Gates: Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at age 62. Predeceased by his father, James Kenney. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy (McIntyre) Kenney; children, Jennifer Kenney-Zimmerli (Andrea), Stefanie (James) Cheshire, Laura (Joseph) Inclema), Daniel (Brooke) Kenney; grandchildren, Taylor, Hailey, Mackenzie, Jack Ryan, Hannah, Anthony, Ava and Sadie; mother, Jean Kenney of OH; brothers and sisters, Jeff (Sally) Kenney of SC, Maureen (Todd) Reutzel of OH, Kathy (Bob) Sirak of OH, Marty Kenney of FL, Laurie (Drew) Saunders of FL, Kelley (Jim) Ress of OH, Jamie (Jon) Espelage of FL; Erin (Jim) Petro of OH; his best friend and brother-in-law, Joe (Rena) McIntyre, whom he served with in the US Navy on the USS Tinosa, where they developed a lifelong friendship; many other brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Patrick also served on the USS Seahorse during the Vietnam Era. He was a retired psychiatric nurse who dedicated his life to helping others.
No prior calling. On Saturday, August 15, friends are invited to attend his memorial funeral service at 10:00AM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. Interment, private. Those wishing, donations may be directed to the American Red Cross, 50 Prince St. Rochester, NY 14607 in his memory.
