Greece: Thursday, January 14, 2016, at age 62. She is survived by her father and stepmother, Elmer and Joyce Walters, brothers and sisters, Sherryl (George) Scott, Richard (Kathy) Torp, Dorothy (Chris) Snelling, Daniel (Beth) Walters; brother-in-law, Paul Tessier; aunt, Virginia Jacobsen; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Our Lord took Debbie’s mom, Arlene Walters in 1972, yet Debbie spoke often of her mother and expressed her deep love for her. Then in 2012, the Lord took her sister, Bonny Pray. Debbie spoke often of the angels that came and took her precious sister Bonny to be with her mother. She spoke of how lucky Bonny was to spend time with the angels. Debbie loved the heavens and the angels, and now Debbie our sweet, you too can look in the face or our Lord’s angels. She always said goodbye with “I love you and I will pray for you”. Debbie Walters, you will be truly missed. Her interests included looking at pictures of angels, hearing the Lord’s word, and of course shopping! Love her purses and jewelry. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Friends may call Saturday morning, January 23, from 9:00AM to 12:00 Noon at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates., where her funeral services will follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Debbie left many wonderful friends that were like family with Lifetime Assistance program. Thanks will never be enough for the care and love they gave to our beautiful Debbie.
