Rochester: Thursday, July 7, 2016, at age 64. Predeceased by his mother, Angelina Nati Hughes; nephew, David Hughes, Jr. ; Eileen McCarthy He is survived by his daughters, Danielle Hoffman (fiancé, Charles Conrad), Nicole Hughes (fiancé, Joe LaBoy), Seana (Ryan) Denning; their mother, Roseann Magliozzi; grandchildren, David Hoffman, Samantha (Joe) Salemi, Christina Hoffman, Jorden and Branden Powell, Robert and Gianna Denning; great granddaughter, Arianna Powell; brothers, James Hughes, David (Linda) Hughes; sister, Maryann Reimann; his special nephew who was like a son to him, Matthew (Andrea) Hughes; many other dear nieces and nephews. Butch was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co., devoted to the Charles Settlement House, and was an avid runner.
Friends may call TUESDAY from 5-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Wednesday morning, July 13, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:30 at Sacred Heart Cathedral (Flower City Park). Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Charles Settlement House, 71 Parkway, Rochester, NY 14608 in his memory.
