Keese, Michael J.
Gates: Monday, October 24, 2016 at age 85. Predeceased by his wife, Shirley Voyles Keese, who he will love through eternity; sisters, Monica Duffy, Catherine Keese & Julia Darrah; many faithful canine companions. He is survived by his beloved children, Sharon (Mark) DelFavero of Minoa, NY, Susan (Edward) Langschwager of Churchville, James (Lynette) Keese of CO, John (Mabule) Keese of NC; grandchildren, Bryan (Danielle) DelFavero, Samantha (Josh) Pinter, Katherine (Patrick) McKinnon, Edward and Jeffrey Langschwager, Ryan and Sarah Keese, Carley, Kyle & McKenzie Keese; several great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Mike was raised in the Adirondack Mountains, which remained a very special place in his heart. He was a retiree of the Olin Corporation where he dedicated 30+ years of service. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed golfing.
Friends may call FRIDAY 4:00-7:00 PM at DiPonzio Funeral Home Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Saturday, October 29, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 11:15 AM in St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, NY 14450 in his memory.
