Dear Annette, I just recently learned of Joe's passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences. Joe was one of the most reliable friends anyone could have. He was a favorite classmate of many at JHS. The years separated us, but not the memory of one of the greatest of friends I knew. I can only say what you already know. He was consistently friendly to everyone, upbeat, generous, modest, inclusive, helpful, cheerful...and one heck of an athlete. I pray God's love embraces Joe in eternity.
