DiClemente, Mary Jane (Giordano)
Greece: Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at age 77. Predeceased by her parents, Salvatore and Frances Giordano; brother, Richard Giordano. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Anthony DiClemente; sons, Daniel (Laura) DiClemente, Anthony DiClemente, Steven (Malini) DiClemente of IL; grandchildren, Stephanie, Katie, Anthony, Jacquelyn, Aidan, Kairav and Noah; brothers, Sam (Pauline) Giordano, Jamie Giordano; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Eleanor Fasso, Kathleen and Joseph Rossetti; dear cousin, Patty (Wayne) Pierce; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mary Jane was a retiree of the Rochester City School District.
Friends may call FRIDAY from 3-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Saturday morning, January 13, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 11:00 at St. Mark’s Church, 54 Kuhn Road. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to American Heart Assoc., PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220 in her memory.
