Rochester: Sunday, July 1, 2018, at age 85. Predeceased by his wife, Be Ngo. He is survived by his children, Cuong Pham, Hanh Pham, Quyen Pham all of Rochester, Anh Pham and Duong Pham both of Vietnam, Ha Pham of Australia; 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
