Baliva, August P., Sr. “Corky”
Gates: Monday, September 17, 2018, at age 83. Predeceased by his wife, Frances (Cala) Baliva; two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his children, Janet Polimeni, August P. Jr. (Linda) Baliva, Anthony (Denise) Baliva; grandchildren, Tracey (John) Stendardo, Patrick Polimeni (Melanie), Danielle and Melissa Baliva, Heather (Kevin) Bach; great grandchildren, Kaelyn, McKenzie, Anthony and Phillip; sisters, Joan (Jim) Quagliata, Mary (Carl) Lucisano; sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jeanette and Louis Pisano, George Scavuzzo; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Corky was a member of the “Brown Square Gang”.
No prior calling. On Thursday, September 20, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 in St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Alzheimer’s Assoc., 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in his memory.
