Greece: Suddenly, Saturday, September 29, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Marilyn (Mitrano) LeChase; children, Anne L. Gray (Douglas), Salvatore J. LeChase III, Mary L. Messura (Anthony); grandchildren, Alexander Gray, Rachel Gray, Salvatore LeChase IV, Anthony Messura, Jr., Francesca Messura, Samuel Messura; brothers, James A. LeChase, Raymond P. LeChase (Gloria); sister, Joyce Dioguardi (Thomas); sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Joseph DiBattisto, Charlene and Dr. Mukesh Jain; many nieces and nephews. Sal was a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School and an active member of the Cursillo Movement.
Friends may call Thursday 4-8 and Friday from 3-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Saturday morning, October 6, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:00 at St. Leo the Great Church, 167 Lake Ave., Hilton. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
