Hamilton, Yvonne “Vonnie” (Holman)
Rochester: Monday, March 19, 2018, at age 83. Predeceased by her husband, Bernie Hamilton; son, Mark Hamilton; sister Patricia Holman. She is survived by her children, Michael (Marla) Hamilton, Brian (Ilene) Hamilton of FL, Bonnie (Michael) Mitchell; grandchildren, Elissa (Tom) Johnson, Tara Hamilton, Ryan Fletcher, Alexi and Jaron Hamilton, Ryan and Alex Mitchell; great grandchildren, Leah, Myah and Matthew; brother, Doug (Susan) Holman; sister, Berne “Nini” Kouba; many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hamilton was a retired secretary from the Rochester City School District and an avid bowler.
Friends may call THURSDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Friday morning, March 23, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10:30 in Sacred Heart Cathedral, 310 Flower City Park. Interment, Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Alzheimer’s Assoc., 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 or to Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester, 1048 University Ave., Rochester, NY 14607 in her memory.
