Jones, Katherine J.
Rochester: Peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at age 97. Predeceased by her husband, Ralph P. Jones and daughter, Carolyn Cavallaro. She is survived by her son, Norman Jones; son-in-law, Joseph Cavallaro; grandchildren, Joseph, Steven and Diane Cavallaro; great grandchildren, Joseph, James and Samantha. Katherine was a loving and kind woman with a zest for life and a love for animals. She volunteered for over 27 years at the VA Medical Center in Canandaigua.
No prior calling. On Saturday morning, November 26, friends are invited to meet at the main gate at Mt. Hope Cemetery at 10:00 for her funeral services. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450 in her memory.
