Gates: Monday, January 21, 2013, at age 84. Predeceased by her husband, Patrick Inclema. She is survived by her children, David (Kelly) Inclema, Cheryl (Al) Honan, Patrick (Carin) Inclema; grandchildren, David Jr., Jennifer and Ashley Inclema, Thomas Honan, Rebecca Honan, Patrick, Jr. and Lisa Inclema; 3 great granddaughters; sisters-in-law, Mary Inclema and Phyllis Arena; many nieces and nephews.
No prior calling. On Thursday, January 24, friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10:00AM in St. Jude's Church, 4100 Lyell Rd. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626 in her memory.
