He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Maria (Cocuzzi) Watt; children, James (Katie) Watt, Teresa Watt, David (Mila) Watt, Mark Watt; grandchildren, Natalie, Dominyk, Jackson, Carter and Zoe; mother, Anne Rought; stepmother, Lorraine Rupp; brothers, Doug and Jim Watt; sister, Jeneen Rodriguez; goddaughter, Jessica Gallina; many nieces, nephews and friends; his canine companions, Ebony and Rocco. Howard was a retiree of the County of Monroe.
