Kozlowski, Ann (Giudice)
Rochester: Friday, September 18, 2015, at age 80. Predeceased by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Robert Jacobs; parents, Neil and Josephine Giudice; brother, Rocky Giudice. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, John J. “Dusty” Kozlowski, Sr.; children, John J. (Kim) Kozlowski, Jr., Gary (Marie) Kozlowski, Grace (Erich) Ammann of Switzerland; grandchildren, John J. (Amanda) Kozlowski, Jessica (Jerry) Maynard of FL, Sophia and Celina Ammann; great grandchildren, Johnny and Andrew Kozlowski, Hannah and Olivia Maynard; sisters, Rose Giudice, Josephine Giardino, Marie Perrone, Grace (Walter) Licata; brother, Anthony (Charlene) Giudice; sister-in-law, Lulu Giudice; brother-in-law, Don Kozlowski; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call FRIDAY, October 2, from 4-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. Funeral services Saturday morning, October 3 at 10:00 at Calvary Chapel of the Westside, 2407 S. Union St., Ogden. Inurnment, Riverside Cemetery.
