It's almost one year since his passing, but not too many days went by this year that I didn’t remember or think about Dave in some way, his enthusiasm, energy, and positive outlook on life were always so inspiring. No matter what the challenge or block in the road Dave found a way to overcome it and beat it in his personal life and later in life as he dealt with his health issues.
Dave’s sense of humor and zest for life still make me smile and laugh when I start reminiscing. Dave was always so excited to talk about his “Next Big Thing” sometimes it was an idea for his business, a vacation, a new accessory for his car or a new electronic gadget he bought, and the many conversations we had when he decided to build a home; there was always something he couldn’t wait to call and talk about!
It’s always harder to deal with when someone with so many plans and dreams leaves us too early; Dave’s optimistic outlook and motivating personality will be forever missed.
