Gates: Saturday, June 2, 2018, at age 90. Predeceased by his loving wife of 61 years, Yolanda (DiChiara) Fichera; father and mother, Cristofero and Brigida Fichera; brother, Antonio Fichera; sister, Josephine Pecora. He is survived by his sons, Dr. Christopher (Dr. Sharon Theroux) Fichera of FL, Anthony (Caroline) Fichera, Sam Fichera (Lisa Rhodes); grandchildren, Julieann, Natalie Jo, Michelle, Dana, Justin and Kyra; brother, John (Frances) Fichera; sisters, Marie Cannarozzo, Rosalie Amatore; sister-in-law, Sina Fichera of Italy; brother-in-law, Salvatore Pecora of Australia; many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call TUESDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Wednesday, June 6, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30AM in Holy Ghost Church, 220 Coldwater Road. Entombment, White Haven Memorial Park.
