Sunday, April 10, 2011, at age 85. Predeceased by his wife, Shirley and son, John. He is survived by his children, Linda Caruso, Lauren (Rodney) Coffey, Michael Ewertowski; grandchildren, Jennifer Kohler, Joey Cosgrove, Andrea Caruso (fiance, Marcus Cortellini) and Michelle Caruso; great granddaughter, Daniella; special friend, Alice Brenkus. Mr. Ewertowski was a retiree of Stromberg Carlson and an Army Veteran of WWII.
Friends may call THURSDAY from 4-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Friday morning, April 14,friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:30 in Holy Ghost Church. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to ARC of Monroe County, 1000 Elmwood Ave., 14620 in his memory.
